PEP UP ANY SPACE WITH INVENTIVE HOME ACCENTS LIKE JIM HEALY DOES. HERE’S HOW:

Fill a Need Even if you can’t build an armoire, take Jim’s lead and only select furniture for a specific purpose.

Start Off Small Small singular objects, such as inexpensive whisk brooms and oil tins, make effective displays when grouped together.

Fake the Age Have furniture that is new and shiny but prefer old and worn? Rough it up with sandpaper and hammered marks until it’s just right!

Size Things Up Who would think that a rusted gas can could make a fascinating home accent? Look beyond objects to reveal possibilities. Be sure items are clean and safe to bring indoors.
