Re­move the back­ing, glass and mat from an

11x14-inch photo frame. Cut a piece of a cork­board sheet to the frame size and fit it into the frame. Us­ing a saw, cut a piece of hard­board large enough to cover the back of the frame. Nail in place with a fin­ish nailer. Mea­sure and mark a 5¹₂x7¹₂-inch or 4¹₂x6¹₂-inch open­ing in the mid­dle of the cork­board for the pic­ture. Cut old rulers

or yard­sticks in a va­ri­ety of lengths, and fit the pieces around the open­ing for the photo, plac­ing them both hor­i­zon­tally and ver­ti­cally. Con­tinue cut­ting and fit­ting pieces un­til the en­tire frame is cov­ered, and glue into place us­ing a hot glue gun.
