What our panel thought

Aroma: “A mild nose of le­mon, peach, or­ange, white pep­per­corn, pineap­ple, and light pear. More of the trop­i­cal notes shine on the retronasal and then yield to some slight veg­e­tal.” Fla­vor: “Big chewy blend of le­mon, grape­fruit, or­ange blos­som, and trop­i­cal stone fruit with a healthy dose of spicy hops char­ac­ter to pull every­thing to­gether. Bit­ter­ness bal­ances the malt, but could use a lit­tle more edge.” Over­all: “Pretty solid beer. Easy­drink­ing and pos­si­bly dan­ger­ous given the ABV level.”
