Special Abbreviati­ons Front and back pieces are worked on circular needles to accommodat­e the large number of stitches. Do not join; work back and forth in rows. Slip first edge stitch of every row with yarn in front. INTERMEDIA­TE Slip marker (sm): Slip marker from LH to RH needle.
