Block to size. With WS tog, fold in half, match­ing pat, mat­tress stitch (see page 96) side seams us­ing long tails. I-Cord Tie With dpn and C, cast on 4 sts, do not turn. *Slide sts to other end of nee­dle, pull yarn across back, k4; rep from * un­til I-cord mea­sures ap­prox 20 inches. Bind off.

Weave I-cord through top bor­der and knot ends.
