Slip all sts purl­wise with yarn on WS

of fab­ric. Sock may be worked on 2 cir­cu­lar nee­dles, with in­step sts on 1 nee­dle and heel/foot sts on the other. Be sure to work each group of sts with both ends of the same nee­dle; do not work sts from 1 nee­dle to the other. For socks that are nearly iden­ti­cal, in­stead of fra­ter­nal twins, start the sec­ond sock at the same point in the color se­quence as the first.
