Elland Shawl

With a striking edging formed by the tips of the leaves, this is not your usual triangular shawl construction. The results are all the more striking with the subtle flecks of shimmer in the yarn.

Pattern Notes

A circular needle is used to accommodate the large number of stitches. Do not join; work back and forth in rows.

The lace motif is mirrored on either side of the center lace panel. Because the stitch counts within the lace patterns change often, you may find it easier to keep track of the pattern by placing a different-color stitch marker between each pattern repeat, as well

as between the Right, Center and Left Lace Patterns.

After each 24-row pattern repeat, one vertical pattern repeat is eliminated.

Slip all markers as you come to them.
