PAT­TERN NOTES

Wrap is worked in joined, turned rounds. Join with slip stitch un­less oth­er­wise stated. To change the size of Wrap, re­duce or add to the num­ber of foun­da­tion sin­gle cro­chet in a mul­ti­ple of 6 for the cir­cum­fer­ence; add or re­duce num­ber of rounds for width by re­peat­ing rounds 2–5, end­ing with round 4. Then con­tinue fol­low­ing the pat­tern start­ing on round 29. Chain-4 at beginning of round counts as first dou­ble cro­chet and chain-1 un­less oth­er­wise stated.

SPE­CIAL STITCHES

First foun­da­tion sin­gle cro­chet (first foun­da­tion sc): Ch 2, in­sert hook into 2nd ch from hook, yo, pull up a lp, yo, pull through 1 lp on hook (see illustration A—ch-1 com­pleted), yo, pull through both lps on hook (see il­lus­tra­tions B and C— sc com­pleted).
