Size K hook and 2 strands held tog: 10 sc = 3 inches; 10 rnds = 3 inches
Refer to Stitch Diagram as needed. Weave in loose ends as work progresses. Work in continuous rounds; do not turn or join unless otherwise stated. Mark first stitch of round. Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated. To enlarge or reduce the circumference, add or subtract chains in multiples of 2.
Row 1: With size K hook and 1 strand of each color held tog, ch 69, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each rem ch across. (68 sc) Rnd 2: Now working in rnds and taking care not to twist work, 2 sc in first st, place marker (see Pattern Notes) in first st, [sk next sc, 2 sc in next sc] around to last st, sk last sc. Rep rnd 2 until Headband measures 3 inches wide or desired width; do not fasten off.
First Edge Rnd 1: With size I hook, turn, ch 1, sl st in each st around, join (see Pattern Notes) in first slip st. Fasten off.
2nd Edge Rnd 1: With WS facing, using size I hook and 1 strand of each color held tog, join in any st on opposite side of foundation ch, sl st in each st around, join in first slip st. Fasten off.
