Assem­bly With RS of Base Layer fac­ing, place Lace Layer on top of Base Layer with RS up. Pin Lay­ers tog with lock­ing stitch mark­ers. Stitch lay­ers tog with Edg­ing as fol­lows.

Edg­ing Rnd 1 (RS): Work­ing through both thick­nesses, join (see Pat­tern Notes) tidal in last stitch of first row of Scarf (short edge), sc in each st across to cor­ner, ch 2, work­ing in row ends on long side of Scarf, work 181 sc evenly sp across to next cor­ner, ch 2, sc in each st across last row of Scarf, ch 2, work­ing in row ends on 2nd long side of Scarf, work 181 sc evenly sp across to next cor­ner, ch 2, join in first sc.
