Stabilizer

Place Stabilizer on Bottom and tack around edges.

Lining

With template on end of fabric, add 1/2- inch seam allowance around and cut piece for bottom of Lining. Cut 2 pieces of fabric each measuring 15 inches wide x 91/2 inches long for Sides Lining.

Leaving 1/2- inch seam allowance, sew seams of Sides Lining, then sew Side Lining to Bottom Lining, clipping bottom edge of Side Lining as needed to ease curves of Bottom Lining.

Turn under 1/2 inch on top edge of Lining and press or pin. With WS tog, insert Lining in Tote and sew folded edge close to top edge of Tote. Tack Lining to Stabilizer. Sew buttons on ends of Handles through all layers.
