Work as many next foundation single crochet stitches as desired to adjust width of Throw. Weave in loose ends as work progresses. Chain-3 at beginning of row counts as first double crochet unless otherwise stated.
First foundation single crochet (first foundation sc): Ch 2, insert hook into 2nd ch from hook, yo, pull up a lp, yo, draw through 1 lp on hook (see illustration A— ch-1 completed), yo, draw through both lps on hook (see illustrations B and C—sc completed).
