Vest is made in one piece. 2 dou­ble cro­chet in 4th chain from hook counts as be­gin­ning shell. Chain-3 at be­gin­ning of row counts as first dou­ble cro­chet un­less oth­er­wise stated. Join with slip stitch un­less oth­er­wise in­di­cated. Chain- 4 at be­gin­ning of row counts as first tre­ble cro­chet un­less oth­er­wise stated.
