Row 1 (RS): With pacifico, ch 25, shell ( see Special Stitch) in 3rd ch from hook ( beg sk chs count as first hdc), * sk 2 chs, shell in next ch, rep from * across to last ch, hdc in last ch, turn. ( 8 shells, 2 hdc)

Row 2: Ch 2 ( see Pattern Notes), shell in next dc and each dc across, hdc in last hdc, fasten off. Rows 3 & 4: With Sapa Inca, rep Row 2, at end of last row, fasten off. Rows 5 & 6: With oceano, rep Row 2, at end of last row, fasten off. Rows 7–37: With pacifico, rep Row 2, at end of last row, fasten off. Rows 38–68: With Sapa Inca, rep Row 2, at end of last row, fasten off. Rows 69–99: With oceano, rep Row 2, at end of last row, fasten off.
Making sure not to twist Cowl, overlap rows 1 and 2 over rows 98 and 99, with pacifico, sew through both layers of Cowl and buttons at the same time.
7 sts and ch sps, sc dec in next ch- 1 sp and next ch- 3 sp**, ch 3, sc dec in same ch- 3 sp and next ch- 1 sp, rep from * across, ending last rep at **, sc in 2nd ch of same ch- 3 sp. Fasten off.
Row 1: With RS facing, join ( see Pattern Notes) yarn in first st on opposite side of foundation row, rep row 1 of First Side. Rows 2–46: Rep rows 2– 46 of First Side.
