PATTERN NOTES

All single crochet stitches are worked with color A; all front post stitches are worked with color B unless otherwise stated. As colors change within each round, carry color not in use loosely across wrong side of piece until next needed. This loose strand is referred to as the “carry- along yarn.” The carry- along yarn of the previous round is referred to as the “float.” Weave in loose ends as work progresses. Refer to Stitch Diagram as needed. Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated. The joining slip stitch at the end of a round is not the first stitch of the next round. Encase the carry- along yarn and float of previous rounds as single crochet stitches are worked.
