STEM Night for fam­i­lies in Hud­son on Oct. 4

WHAT: STEM Night WHEN: Oct. 4 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. WHERE: Cor­nell Co­op­er­a­tive Ex­ten­sion of Columbia and Greene Coun­ties’ Ed­u­ca­tion Cen­ter, 479 Route 66, Hud­son DE­TAILS: Fam­i­lies are in­vited to at­tend STEM (Sci­ence, Tech­nol­ogy, En­gi­neer­ing and Math­e­mat­ics) Night. It will in­clude ac­tiv­i­ties such as bounc­ing ball cre­ations, slime mak­ing, build­ing rock­ets, marsh­mal­low launch­ers, pa­per air­planes and more. The event is open to all school-aged chil­dren and their par­ents. It is a great way to get the whole fam­ily think­ing about sci­ence in a fun way. The pro­gram is be­ing pre­sented by Cor­nell Co­op­er­a­tive Ex­ten­sion of Columbia and Greene Coun­ties. Ad­mis­sion is free and reg­is­tra­tion isn’t re­quired.
