KINGSTON » The stage is all set for to­day’s Ron­d­out Val­ley vs. Kingston show­down of un­beaten field hockey af­ter Kingston beat Spack­enkill 6-0 and Ron­d­out Val­ley played Pine Bush to a 0-0 tie in Mid-Hud­son Ath­letic League field hockey ac­tion.

The teams play at 6 p.m. at Di­etz Sta­dium. Pine Bush 0, Ron­d­out 0

Ron­d­out had a 10-5 ad­van­tage in shots and a 10-4 edge in penalty corners.

“It was a good game. I was very happy with how we played,” said Ron­d­out coach Nanette Simione, who liked how her team con­tin­ued to push the ball. “Un­for­tu­nately, we did not take ad­van­tage of our corners.”

Courtney Smith stopped five shots in goal for the (6-0-1) Gan-

ders. Erin Van­der­mark had eight saves for (4-12) Pine Bush. Kingston 6, Spack­enkill 0

At Pough­keep­sie, Meghan Gavis and fresh­men Bridgie Laugh­lin and Rieley Fitzger­ald each scored two goals to lead (8-01) Kingston.

At Boiceville, Emily Downs scored with 2:43 left in over­time to give (2-2-1 MHAL, 3-2-1 over­all) On­te­ora the win.

Downs as­sisted as Corey Chun put the Ea­gles ahead mid­way through the first hal. Jackie Pu­vall tied it for (0-6-1, 1-71)

Me­gan Eck­ert had 10 saves for (1-4-1) El­lenville. Makayla Mi­lano made one save for the War­riors.
