Undefeated Kingston, Rondout win
KINGSTON » The stage is all set for today’s Rondout Valley vs. Kingston showdown of unbeaten field hockey after Kingston beat Spackenkill 6-0 and Rondout Valley played Pine Bush to a 0-0 tie in Mid-Hudson Athletic League field hockey action.
The teams play at 6 p.m. at Dietz Stadium. Pine Bush 0, Rondout 0
Rondout had a 10-5 advantage in shots and a 10-4 edge in penalty corners.
“It was a good game. I was very happy with how we played,” said Rondout coach Nanette Simione, who liked how her team continued to push the ball. “Unfortunately, we did not take advantage of our corners.”

At Boiceville, Emily Downs scored with 2:43 left in overtime to give (2-2-1 MHAL, 3-2-1 overall) Onteora the win.
Downs assisted as Corey Chun put the Eagles ahead midway through the first hal. Jackie Puvall tied it for (0-6-1, 1-71)
