Dutchess Outreach is conducting its annual Susan DeKeukelaere Memorial Coat Drive, sponsored by Guardian Self Storage.

People are being urged to donate adult and children’s winter coats and jackets, especially plus sizes, that are clean and in good condition. There are eight distribution sites around Dutchess County that will give coats to those in need.

Last year, about 5,500 coats were collected and distributed. Organizers are hoping to increase that number this year.

Coats can be dropped off at any Guardian Self Storage location throughout Dutchess County. Other drop-off sites are Rhinebeck Bank Branches, Raymour and Flanigan Clearance Center at 757 Vassar Road and all Red Cap Cleaners locations.

Coats will be collected at these locations through Oct. 31.

For more information, call Dutchess Outreach at (845) 454-3792.
