DE­TAILS: The art of pup­petry makes a re­turn to the Catskill Moun­tain Foun­da­tion as The Pup­pet Peo­ple get ready to de­light the young and “young at heart” with a per­for­mance of the peren­nial fa­vorite “The Wiz­ard of Oz.” Join pup­peteers Mark Car­ri­gan and Michelle Smith-Car­ri­gan as they fol­low the yel­low brick road to The Emer­ald City and be­yond in the mag­i­cal Land of Oz and bring to life this lit­er­ary clas­sic. Watch Dorothy, The Scare­crow, The Tin­man and The Cow­ardly Lion learn about home, courage, heart and smarts. This pup­pet fantasy fea­tures mar­i­onettes, shadow pup­pets, rod pup­pets, a large pa­rade pup­pet and more. Ad­vance tick­ets are $10, $7 for chil­dren ages 12 and un­der. Ad­vance tick­ets are avail­able up to five hours be­fore the per­for­mance. Tick­ets at the door are $12, $7 for chil­dren ages 12 and un­der.
