DE­TAILS: This class is for agri­cul­tural pro­duc­ers look­ing to learn more about the state’s Agri­cul­tural Assess­ment Pro­gram and other tax in­cen­tives. At this class, Michael Dun­ham, tax as­ses­sor for the towns of Mar­ble­town, Rochester and Rosendale, will pro­vide in­for­ma­tion on the agri­cul­tural land tax assess­ment pro­gram, from the per­spec­tive of an ex­pe­ri­enced local tax as­ses­sor. El­iz­a­beth Hig­gins, agri­cul­tural busi­ness man­age­ment spe­cial­ist for the Eastern New York

Com­mer­cial Hor­ti­cul­ture Pro­gram, will dis­cuss the pro­gram from a busi­ness per­spec­tive. The pro­gram is free, but space is lim­ited. The dead­line to RSVP is Oct. 14.
