TOWN OF UL­STER >> Paul A. “Skip” Den­nis, 74, of Kukuk Lane, died Mon­day, Oct. 10, 2016, at TenBroeck Com­mons Nurs­ing Home in Lake Katrine.

Born Sept. 20, 1942 in Pough­keep­sie; he is the son of Jean (Lat­tin) and the late Paul W. Den­nis.

Skip served our coun­try in the United States Marine Corps. achiev­ing the rank of Cor­po­ral dur­ing Viet­nam. Skip owned and op­er­ated Starlight Me­mo­ri­als in East Kingston. He loved fish­ing, trav­el­ing in his RV and also op­er­ated C&D Tags; sell­ing cats and dogs tags at many county fairs. Skip will fondly be re­mem­bered as tech savvy, and a very hard work­ing and pro­vid­ing fa­ther.

Sur­viv­ing is his wife of 51 years, Linda (Rei­gle) Den­nis; two chil­dren, Dawn Morrow of Kingston and David Den­nis of Sauger­ties. Five grand­chil­dren and his fam­ily mem­bers in Mis­soula, Mont. also sur­vive.

Cre­ma­tion ar­range­ments are un­der the guid­ance of the Joseph V. Leahy Fu­neral Home, Inc., 27 Smith Ave., Kingston.

With re­spect to the wishes of the fam­ily there will be no ser­vices.
