Ghost Walk takes place Oct. 28 in Hur­ley

WHAT: Ghost Walk WHEN/WHERE: Oct. 28, with tours start­ing at 6:30 p.m. from the Hur­ley Re­formed Church, 11 Main St., Hur­ley DE­TAILS: The Hur­ley Her­itage So­ci­ety will host its Ghost Walk of Main Street and the Burial Grounds. Come tour Hur­ley’s Main Street and his­toric burial grounds, where you will hear strange tales and en­counter Hur­ley res­i­dents who lived and died many years ago, but never left. Witches, the head­less Spook, an axe-mur­der vic­tim, the hanged Bri­tish spy — which of Hur­ley’s many ghosts will you en­counter as you fol­low your guide through the Na­tional His­toric Land­mark vil­lage? Ad­mis­sion is $10 for adults, $7 for young­sters ages 12 to 16. The event is not rec­om­mended for chil­dren un­der age 12. Reser­va­tions are strongly rec­om­mended.
