Hannah Sullivan scored five goals and set a single-season school record in the process Wednesday to lead Marlboro High to a 6-1 non-league girls soccer win over S.S. Seward.

Sullivan, who set the mark with 28 goals on the year, tallied four times in the first half, including three in a four-minute span late in the first half. She capped her day with an unassisted goal midway through the second half.

Lizzy Lofaro assisted on three of Sullivan’s goals and Joyce Ryder set up another.

Victoria Fino completed the scoring for (10-6) Marlboro with 11 minutes remaining on Lili Papuli’s pass.

“The midfield played well and the defense did a great job of keeping the play in the attacking half of the field,” Marlboro coach Keith Walker said.

Athena Moustakas had an unassisted goal that tied the match at 1-1 for (13-3) Seward midway through the first half.

Eliz Fino and Alyssa Macur were in goal for the Dukes, combining for three saves. Sarah Wierzbicki stopped 15 shots for Seward.
