Edith Mox­ham, 100, of Otego

Edith Mox­ham, 100, passed away Thurs­day, Oct. 13, 2016.

Born April 24, 1916, in Jef­fer­son, N.Y., she was the daugh­ter of the late Thomas Mox­ham and Edith Mer­win Mox­ham Chase, and had resided in West Hur­ley be­fore mov­ing to Otego in 1984.

She was pre­de­ceased by her hus­band, Ruben Cuba; a son, Robert “Stubby” Mox­ham; two sis­ters, Nel­lie Scher­mer­horn and Rosie Joslin; and her step­fa­ther, Har­vey Chase.

Sur­viv­ing are a son, Ron­ald G. Mox­ham of West Hur­ley; two grand­sons, Todd and Scott Mox­ham; and sev­eral cousins.

A fu­neral ser­vice will be held at 11 a.m. Mon­day at Lasher Fu­neral Home Inc., 100 Tin­ker St., Wood­stock. Burial will be in Krumville Ceme­tery, Olive­bridge.
