The following items are based on information provided by officials in law enforcement and the criminal justice system.
· DWI: Louis G. Scism, 49, of Kingston, was charged was arrested Sunday and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, according to the town of Lloyd Police Department. He was released on tickets and is due back in the town of Lloyd Court on Nov. 24, police said.
· Contempt: William J. Wooster, 26, of Wappinger Falls, was arrested Thursday and charged with criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, according to the Town of Lloyd Police Department. He was arraigned before Town of Lloyd Court and ordered held at the Ulster County Jail on $7,500 cash bail or $25,000 insurance bond and is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on Oct. 27, police said.
· Resisting: Ayrajsinh J. Sisodia, 32, of Highland was arrested Thursday and charged with resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration, petit larceny, criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors, and disorderly conduct, a violation, according to the town of Lloyd Police Department. Sisodia was arraigned in town of Marlboro Court and ordered held at Ulster County Jail on $1,000 cash bail or $5,000 insurance bond. He is due back in the town of Lloyd Court today.
Town of Ulster
· DWI: Alicia B. Carbone, 35, of Saugerties, was charged Sunday at about 9:10 p.m. with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, according to state police at Ulster. Carbone was arrested on Ulster Avenue and issued an appearance ticket, police said.
