· Drugs: Magaly Singh, 44, of the Bronx, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 10:15 a.m. Sunday at the Wallkill Correctional Facility, and charged with the felonies of tampering with evidence and prison contraband and with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Singh’s status was unavailable.
