Vassar talk will focus on climate, elections
POUGHKEEPSIE » Hunter Lovins, president and founder of Natural Capitalism Solutions, will speak at 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, in Room 203 of Vassar College’s Taylor Hall Auditorium.
Lovins, a professor of sustainable management at Bard College, will discuss the recent ratification of the Paris climate agreement, the U.S. general elections, and how students may pursue career opportunities that support what she terms “an economy in service of life.” The talk is sponsored by the Office of Sustainability.
