WHAT: Programs dealing with issues related to Alzheimer’s disease WHEN: Nov. 14 starting at 10 a.m. WHERE: Community Room of the Hudson Valley Mall, 1300 Ulster Ave., town of Ulster
DETAILS: The Alzheimer’s Association Hudson Valley Chapter will offer two dementia-related programs. “Living with Alzheimer’s for people with Alzheimer’s” will be offered from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The program is for people with early-stage dementia only. Lunch will be included, and preregistration is required. “Legal & financial planning for Alzheimer’s disease” will be offered from 3:30 to 5 p.m. and is open to anyone. This program explores legal and financial issues to consider after a dementia diagnosis. Preregistration for this program is also required.
