WHAT: Concert WHEN: Nov. 18 at 7:30 p.m., with doors opening at 7 p.m. WHERE: Empire State Railway Museum, 70 Lower High St., Phoenicia DETAILS: Canadian folk singer — and now author — Garnet Rogers will perform in a concert presented by Flying Cat Music. His extended concert tour is timed to coincide with the publication of his memoir “Night Drive: Travels with My Brother,” a darkly funny account of life on the road with his older brother — the legendary late folksinger Stan Rogers. The younger Rogers hit the road as a full-time working musician at age 18, touring with Stan. Together, they formed what has come to be accepted as one of the most influential duos in the history of North American folk music. Tickets are $20, $18 with an RSVP. CONTACT: Send an email to flyingcatmu or call (845) 688-9453 for reservations or more information.
