Make appointment online for Ulster DMV
Recent improvements to the Ulster County Department of Motor Vehicle’s queuing system allow appointments to be made online, according to County Clerk Nina Postupack.
Besides a new touchscreen kiosk and tickets that print a list of documents needed to perform a transaction, customers can now make an appointment, helping to ensure a minimal wait time. Visit http://ulstercountyny.gov/ countyclerk/ and choose “Make a DMV Appointment” from the options on the right side of the screen. After filling in the required information and selecting a time, customers will receive a confirmation email or text message with a booking number. Arrive at the DMV at the designated time, enter the booking number into the kiosk, and the customer’s ticket will print.
Appointments can be made up to 30 days in advance.
