Ben­e­fit for Cen­ter for Spec­trum Ser­vices at Di­a­mond Mills

The Har­vest Hop Dance — hosted by the Cen­ter for Spec­trum Ser­vices, one of the area’s premier schools for chil­dren with autism — will hosts its Har­vest Hop Dance on Satur­day, Nov. 19, start­ing at 7:30 p.m. at Di­a­mond Mills, 25 S. Par­ti­tion St., Sauger­ties.

The fundraiser will help sup­port pro­grams and ser­vices for the school’s stu­dents, all of whom have autism.

Joe Veil­lette and The Phan­toms will pro­vide the mu­sic, both a cappella and plugged in. This year’s spe­cial hon­oree and Har­vest Hop chair­per­son is Sue Blakely Cutrone. Her vol­un­teer ac­tiv­i­ties for Spec­trum Ser­vices has also in­cluded ar­rang­ing grant sup­port from her for­mer em­ployer, IBM. Veil­lette and Blakely Cutrone both have grand­chil­dren who are stu­dents at Spec­trum Ser­vices.

Along with the mu­sic, there will be com­pli­men­tary wine, beer and soft drinks with a cash bar dur­ing the event’s first hour. There will also be a silent auc­tion of items, ser­vices and goods.

The event is be­ing spon­sored by a num­ber of Hud­son Val­ley busi­nesses, in­clud­ing Rose & Kier­nan In­sur­ance, Ron­d­out Sav­ings Bank, Her­zog’s Home & Paint Cen­ters, Hud­son River Val­ley En­vi­ron­men­tal LLC and Ul­ster Pub­lish­ing.

Reser­va­tions are $60 per per­son.
