Anne Marie Pearson, 87, of Hurley
Anne Marie Pearson, 87, of Hurley, passed away Monday, Oct. 31, 2016, at Evergreen Commons Nursing Home in East Greenbush. She was born Dec. 8, 1928, in Kingston, to the late Victor Roth and Lula (Markle) Roth. She was married to her loving husband of 65 years, Richard Charles Pearson.
Anne was a Kingston High School graduate, later was a manager for Triple S Redemption Stamps in Kingston and also worked for Sears. She was an active member of the Old Dutch Church, where she taught Sunday School and sang in the choir. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Douglas (Linda) Pearson of Cohoes, N.Y., Victoria (Bruce) Woodruff of Granville, N.Y.; her granddaughters, Angela Galli, Jillian (Neil) Allen, and Elise Galli; her twin sister, Betty Snell; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brother, Richard Roth.
Entrusted to the care of A. Carr & Son Funeral Home, 65 Lucas Ave., Kingston. A graveside burial service will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016, at 2 p.m. in Hurley Cemetery.
