The city and ColorPage have launched the development of a 2017 Kingston “Visitors Guide.”

As with the 2016 guide, Mayor Steve Noble is asking for the assistance of local residents and businesses to help the city create the content.

“Our 2016 ‘Visitors Guide’ was a tremendous success, with 17,000 copies distributed,” Noble said in a press release. “... This effort was successful thanks to the skill and work ethic of the team at ColorPage, as well as the inclusion of photographs from local residents who submitted pictures through our ‘Welcome to Our Hometown’ photo campaign.”

The 2017 guide will seek to build on that by including new photos and short stories that demonstrate the unique, diverse and interesting reasons why individuals have made Kingston home for themselves and/or their businesses, Noble said.
