Kingston, Rondout, Ellenville unbeaten
A pair of 1st-half goals carried Rondout Valley’s unbeaten field hockey team to a 2-1 victory over Pine Bush in MidHudson Athletic League action Friday. Courtney Smith made two saves in goal for Rondout.

Kiernan McColgan scored 6:44 into the game on Lea Smith’s assist to put the (3-0 MHAL, 6-0 overall) Ganders ahead. Courtney Coffey’s unassisted tally with 10:01 left in the half made it 2-0.
Brittany Vasquez got Pine Bush on the board with 8:32 remaining.
Rondout outshot Pine Bush 16-3 and had 10 penalty corners, keeping Pine Bush goalkeeper Erin Vandermark busy. She had 13 saves.
Courtney Smith made two saves in goal for the Ganders.
Kingston 6, Red Hook 0
At Red Hook, Brooke Gastin had two goals and an assist to lead the (30) Tigers.
Kelsey Fairley and Bridgie Loughlin had a goal and an assist each, while Riley Fitzgerald and Meghan Gavis also scored goals for Kingston, which led 3-0 at halftime. Abby Mayone had a an assist, while Analiese Amato and Lizzy Smith were in goal for the shutout. Ellenville 2, Pine Plains 0
At Ellenville, Ashlyn Rivera and Anastasia Keener scored goals to lead the (3-0, 4-0) Devils.
Mia Unverzagt and Savanna James had assists, while Megan Eckert made 10 saves in the win.
Alice Wisler stopped eight shots in the loss for the (1-3) Bombers. Onteora 2, Rhinebeck 0
At Boiceville, Lola Mainieri and Corey Chun scored goals for the (1-2) Eagles.
Allison Kim added an assist for Onteora, which outshot the (0-3) Hawks 22-1. Alana Wood made one save to preserve the shutout.
Rhinebeck goalie Grace Johnson, meanwhile, stopped 19 shots in the loss. Spackenkill 1, Webutuck 0
At Poughkeepsie, Cassidy Gent’s goal off a Brian Kanthak assist off a corner shot in the 28th minute gave Spackenkill the upper hand.
Liz Schowoerer registered 14 saves for the Spartans.
