· DWAI-drugs: Timothy C. Henion, 26, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:39 p.m. Monday on county Route 23B and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated unlicensed driving, and with the infraction of speeding. Town of Kingston

· Drugs: Caleb S. Kanney, 36, of the Bronx, was arrested by state police at Ulster on state Route 28 in the town of Kingston at 12:10 a.m. Tuesday and charged with misdemeano­r possession of a controlled substance. Kanney was released with an appearance ticket for Kingston Town Court.

· Criminal contempt: Jeffrey A. Barmen, 43, of Stockport, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 8:10 a.m. Monday at 3353 U.S. Route 9 and charged with felony criminal contempt. Barmen’s status was unavailabl­e.

· DWI: Aleta Minervini, 70, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:05 p.m. Monday on the Mid-Hudson Bridge and charged with the misdemeano­r of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. · DWI: Jared A. Decker, 24, of Kerhonkson, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:05 a.m. Monday on U.S. Route 209 at Schoonmake­r Avenue and charged with the misdemeano­rs of drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. Decker was released with appearance tickets for Marbletown Town Court.

New Paltz

· Drugs: Morgan Johnson, 20, of Poughkeeps­ie, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:50 a.m. Sunday on South Chestnut Street in the town and charged with misdemeano­r possession of a controlled substance and the violation of possession of marijuana. Johnson was released with appearance tickets for New Paltz Court.

· Drugs: Jennifer L. Demarest, 29, of Albany, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 5:04 a.m. Monday on U.S. Route 9W and charged with misdemeano­r possession of a controlled substance. She was released with an appearance ticket for New Baltimore Town Court.

Saugerties

· DWI: Michael J. Ferrara, 55, of Saugerties, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:10 p.m. Sunday on West Saugerties Road in the town and charged with the misdemeano­rs of drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving and with the infraction of drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway. Ferrara was released with appearance tickets for Saugerties Town Court.

· Drugs: Amanda K. Maguire, 20, of Hurley, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 10:23 p.m. Monday on state Route 199 and charged with misdemeano­r possession of a controlled substance. Maguire was released with an appearance ticket for Ulster Town Court.

Levine, 48, of Stone Ridge, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 7:22 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Route 209 and charged with the misdemeano­rs of driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving, and with the infraction of speeding.
