Clifford J. Hotaling, 66, of Kingston
KINGSTON >> Clifford J. Hotaling, 66, of West O’Reilly St. died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2018, in Kingston.
He was born July 12, 1952; a son of the late James L. and Ruth M. Shay Hotaling. Clifford worked as a stone mason most of his life and has many local accomplishments that include the stone work at Poets Walk in Rhinebeck. For many years, Clifford enjoyed bowling and darts in the local leagues. He also enjoyed gardening and playing horseshoes.
Clifford is survived by a sister, Ruth S. Hotaling of Lake Katrine; a brother, Lee Hotaling of Lake Katrine; and a son, James Freeman of Missouri. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews: Jennifer Whispell, Patricia Martone, Albert Bodie, Alan Hotaling, Sarah Albright, and David Gordon.
A sister, Diane Hotaling, died Feb. 4, 2003. Visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2018, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the George J. Moylan Funeral Home Inc., 2053 Route 32, Rosendale. A celebration of his life will begin at 7 p.m. Rev. Arlene Dawber will officiate.
Cremation was held privately.
