Shana­han or­ches­trates come­back to stun Great Val­ley in se­cond half

Bishop Shana­han scored twice in the se­cond half as the Ea­gles ral­lied to top Great Val­ley, 3-2, in a Ch­esMont League boys soc­cer con­test Tues­day.

The Ea­gles (3-1) tied the score five min­utes into the se­cond half, and won it off a de­flected shot with un­der three min­utes to play.

Austin Coron made eight saves, in­clud­ing a num­ber of key stops.

Todd Simes and Fed­erico Noguera tal­lied in the first half for the Pa­tri­ots (1-3).

2» Chris McMa­hon scored twice in the last 90 sec­onds, the game-win­ner com­ing with seven sec­onds left, as the Golden Knights (2- 0) recorded the Ches-Mont Amer­i­can vic­tory. Ai­dan Doris also tal­lied for Rustin.
