Home care manager honored with ‘Hero Award’
Katiana “Kat” Noisette of Philadelphia, a care manager at Sunrise of Blue Bell, is among seven, elite health care professionals honored by the Pennsylvania Health Care Association’s annual Hero Awards program. She was recently presented with the “Assisted Living/Personal Care Aide of the Year” award and celebrated for her positive impact on the lives of facility residents and their families, and her colleagues. Noisette has actively pursued additional training and certifications related to her profession. In 2015, she completed a certified nursing assistant program and attended the Department of Human Service’s Medication Administration Program. Drawing from these experiences, Noisette continues to help improve the quality of service Sunrise of Blue Bell provides to its residents.
