Home care man­ager hon­ored with ‘Hero Award’

Ka­tiana “Kat” Noisette of Philadel­phia, a care man­ager at Sun­rise of Blue Bell, is among seven, elite health care pro­fes­sion­als hon­ored by the Penn­syl­va­nia Health Care As­so­ci­a­tion’s an­nual Hero Awards pro­gram. She was re­cently pre­sented with the “As­sisted Liv­ing/Per­sonal Care Aide of the Year” award and cel­e­brated for her pos­i­tive im­pact on the lives of fa­cil­ity res­i­dents and their fam­i­lies, and her col­leagues. Noisette has ac­tively pur­sued ad­di­tional train­ing and cer­ti­fi­ca­tions re­lated to her pro­fes­sion. In 2015, she com­pleted a cer­ti­fied nurs­ing as­sis­tant pro­gram and at­tended the De­part­ment of Hu­man Ser­vice’s Med­i­ca­tion Ad­min­is­tra­tion Pro­gram. Draw­ing from th­ese ex­pe­ri­ences, Noisette con­tin­ues to help im­prove the qual­ity of ser­vice Sun­rise of Blue Bell pro­vides to its res­i­dents.
