DOWNINGTOWN >> The streets and parks will be full of costumed participants Saturday during the annual Halloween parade and 5K Dash of the Living Dead, presented by the Downingtown Main Street Association.
The 5K Dash of the Living Dead race will take place at 2 p.m. before the 3 p.m. start of the Halloween parade.
“This is a great afternoon of family fun,” Downingtown Main Street Association President Steve Plaugher said. “I would like to thank all of our volunteers who put in countless hours to make Downingtown such a great place to live, work and play.”
