Early morning rain discouraged a few folks on a recent Sunday, but thousands more chili lovers filled the Borough of West Chester for the 14th Annual Chili CookOff, hosted by the Rotary Club of West Chester. Sixtyseven teams of chili cooks, representing businesses, restaurants, nonprofit organizations
and individuals, ladled steaming samples of their special blends of chili all afternoon. Sunny skies and brisk winds provided the perfect weather for eating chili.
