Evolve IP acquires King of Prussia-based firm
TREDYFFRIN » Cloud services company Evolve IP announced last week it acquired Xtium Inc., a mid-Atlantic cloud computing services provider located in King of Prussia.
Evolve IP said the purchase is part of ongoing growth strategy and will provide the company with increased penetration into the health care technology market.
Established in 2007, Xtium provides Disaster Recovery, Desktop as a Service (DaaS), managed cloud hosting and managed online backup.
