Po­lice seek ID thief

Po­lice are ask­ing for the pub­lic’s help in iden­ti­fy­ing a man who used a pair of stolen credit cards to make pur­chases at three area con­ve­nience stores.

Ac­cord­ing to the Nor­ris­town Po­lice Depart­ment’s Face­book page, in the early morn­ing hours of Oct. 31, the sus­pect en­tered the Bridge­port Wawa, 112 W. Fourth St., and 7-Eleven stores at West Main and Montgomery streets in West Nor­ri­ton and 1335 Sandy Hill Road in Nor­ris­town. At each lo­ca­tion he made fraud­u­lent pur­chases of Newport cig­a­rettes.

The sus­pect is de­scribed as a bald black male with a large build, be­tween 45 and 55 years old.
