Au­thor­i­ties re­sponded to mul­ti­ple crashes through­out the county dur­ing the rainy weather Tues­day.

PETE BAN­NAN — DIG­I­TAL FIRST ME­DIA

Tow­ing crews survey a trac­tor-trailer that was stuck un­der the rail­road bridge tun­nel on Old Ea­gle School Road at the Straf­ford Sta­tion in Tredyf­frin about 1 p.m. Tues­day. Tredyf­frin police pointed out on a Twit­ter post that the un­der­pass clearly is posted as 10 feet 6 inches and that many trucks have got­ten stuck there in the past. No in­juries were re­ported.

The East White­land Fire Com­pany and Penn­syl­va­nia State Police were called to deal with a jack­knifed trac­tor-trailer crash on Route 202 east­bound near Church Road in East White­land about 2:30 p.m. Tues­day. No in­juries were re­ported. With heavy rains fall­ing across the county, it was one of nu­mer­ous crashes re­ported.
