Barbara Pelzar

Barbara Pelzar, 68, of Brian’s House, passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018.

Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the loving and late Henry and Anna Pelzar.

Barbara attended Child and Career Development Center in Coatesville and later Brian’s House Enterprises Day Program.

Her warm smile, love for balloons and car rides will always be remembered. Her resilience, strength and courage has been a forever lesson to us all. She will be missed and is survived by her dearest housemate, Mary, as well as many friends and staff at Brian’s House.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at 3 p.m. on Friday, July 13, 2018, at the Founds Funeral Home, Inc., 229 South High Street, West Chester, 610696-0134, where the gathering will start at 2:30 pm.

Interment will be with her parents at Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at a later date.
