Trump pursued Moscow tower project
While Donald Trump was running for president in 2015 and 2016, his company was pursuing a plan to build a huge Trump Tower in Moscow, the Washington Post reported, citing unnamed sources. During the discussions, a Russian-born real estate developer, Felix Sater, urged Trump to come to Moscow to tout the proposal and suggested that he could get President Vladimir Putin to say “great things” about Trump, according to the report.
German nurse accused of serial murders
Niels Hoegel, a 40-year-old male nurse in Germany, is believed to have killed at least 86 patients with overdoses of heart medication, investigators said Monday. Hoegel was convicted in 2015 of two murders and two attempted murders at a hospital in the northwestern town of Delmenhorst. He was sentenced to life in prison. But prosecutors said last year they believed he had killed at least 43 patients and may have killed many more.
