Li­brary of­fers break­out games Satur­day

Wash­ing­ton-Centerville Pub­lic Li­brary presents its ver­sion of the pop-cul­ture “break­out” phe­nom­ena from: 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. or 8 to 9 p.m. Satur­day.

In­spired by the Es­cape the Room video games, the first es­cape and break­out rooms started in Ja­pan in 2006.

Locked in the li­brary and given a sce­nario to solve, your team will have 45 min­utes to de­ci­pher a se­ries of rid­dles, piece to­gether clues and find the key to save the world. The pro­gram is open to ages 16 and older and regis­tra­tion is re­quired.
