Man found in alley with gunshot wound

A man was CLEVELAND — hurt in a shooting Wednesday in Cleveland’s Goodrich-Kirtland Park neighborhood, police said.

The man, whose age has not been released, was found with a gunshot wound to the chest just before 9:30 a.m. in an alley on East 47th Street near Payne Avenue, police said.

Cleveland EMS took the man to University Hospitals for treatment. A Cleveland police spokesman did not provide an update on his condition.
