ATMs hit for $100K in with­drawals

Po­lice are look­ing for a thief in con­nec­tion with sev­eral fraud­u­lent ATM with­drawals, in­clud­ing one in Englewood.

With­drawals have to­taled over $100,000 from var­i­ous Hunt­ing­ton Bank ATMs, af­fect­ing vic­tims from the greater Cincin­nati/north­ern Ken­tucky area, ac­cord­ing to a post on the Englewood Po­lice De­part­ment’s Face­book page.

Po­lice say the thiefused more than 80 skimmed card num­bers to with­draw the cash, be­lieved to be from skim­ming de­vices dis­cov­ered on Hunt­ing­ton ATMs in the Cincin­nati area in late Septem­ber.

The thief is a white male with gray­ing fa­cial hair, driv­ing a 2017 or 2018 Ford Ex­plorer with a Flor­ida plate be­gin­ning with EVT or EUT, ac­cord­ing to the Face­book post.
