Mix to­gether 2 cups con­fec­tion­ers’ pow­dered sugar, 3 ta­ble­spoons soft­ened but­ter, 3 tea­spoons milk and 1 tea­spoon vanilla ex­tract. Driz­zle over the top of the cin­na­mon rolls be­fore serv­ing.
