Ten years ago, I couldn’t have imagined a time coming when Quaker would produce gluten-free oats. It’s just seemed like a far off fantasy. But thanks to a breakthrough process that allows sorting and cleaning of oats, Quaker is now offering gluten-free consumers oat products that meet the 20ppm safety standard set by the FDA. How you ask? The new process uses both mechanical and optical sorters to remove any stray grains based on density, color and length. Safety is ensured through multiple throughout the milling process. So head on down to your local grocery store to pick up some gluten-free oats and then try out our four sinfully delicious oat-inspired recipes.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
